 How Residencia Property Management Works


 
Step 1: We take your property on contract by signing the rental agreement with the flat owner for 11 month or 33 month.

 
Step 2:  After signing the agreement, we start searching for quality tenants for every flat or house owner.


Step 3:  After finding a suitable client for your property, we will pass the tenant details  by mail to our flat or house owners.

 
Step 4:  After owner approval, we will sign 11 month agreement with collecting addresses and ID proof with two photos


Step 5:  Handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints. We take risks on behalf of the property owner every 3 month Liveflats do proper maintenance inspections with photo. We send all photo to our property owner

 
Step 6:  Any time property owner can visit the flat while giving advance notice to Liveflats If the flat's owner wants to take his property back, he needs to give advance notice of two months.
